single large cottage with 5 bedrooms which can sleep 9. By
treating the two cottages as one it is possible to create a
cottage which can accommodate a larger group which still
provides for families to have their own space. Its is ideal
for
a family get together.

Hot tub for private use
A large hot tub jacuzzi spa for exclusive use is located to the
side of the cottage garden close to the front door for
convenience and privacy as it is not overlooked. The hot tub spa
has 26 jacuzzi jets for an all over body massage and is kept at
a comfortable 38 degrees C. Children must be over 5 years old to
use the hot tub.
The hot tub is
the perfect place to relax with views out over the fields and up to the night sky.
Sitting Rooms in Forest Keep and Forest Cottage
Solid oak flooring extends throughout these rooms and the wood burning stoves
are ideal for creating a cosy atmosphere for the family to relax
by. Both have satellite TVs and various board games and jigsaw
puzzles. The table folds down and may be taken into the dining
room or swapped for a sofa from Forest Cottage.
Dining Room in Forest Cottage
The dining room table may be extended to provide seating for
8 people and the table from Forest Keep may be brought over to
make more space. The room includes an ornate Edwardian fireplace
and a bay window which looks out into the garden. Various board
games are available as well as jigsaw puzzles. The dining room
can be used as a sixth bedroom with the addition of a single bed
or put-up bed. See Tariffs
2 Twin bedrooms
The 2 twin rooms each have 2 pine single beds, a wardrobe
and a chest of drawers.
2 Master Bedrooms
The master bedrooms have a double or kingsize iron bedstead and wardrobe with drawers.
There is plenty of room in the kingsize room for an extra bed
so the room can be set as a family, twin or as a triple room. See Tariffs
Single Bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms
  The
single bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the
cloakroom which has a basin and WC.
The solid oak flooring makes this room ideal as a playroom or
private sitting room or may suit anyone who has difficulty with
stairs.
Kitchens in both cottages
  Both kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster and built in electric oven and hob. Both the
bathroom and shower room have electric towel rails and shaver
points. There is a
washing machine in the utility room which connects the two
cottages.
Garden and patios and hot tub
The
private garden is to the rear and has a lawned area with table
and chairs and is enclosed on three sides
The
patio is to the front with a gate leading to a
garden area at the side. The patio has is fully enclosed, has potted plants, a table and chairs and
there is plenty of room for a BBQ.
A hot tub is located to the side of Forest Cottage.
