Forest Cottage was once the chauffeur's cottage and is
typical of a Victorian 2 bedroom cottage. It has been
extensively restored and includes original features such as
the Edwardian feature fireplace and iron fireplaces in
bedrooms. The cottage is attached to Forest Keep allowing both
to interconnect, see
Keep and Cottage.

Hot tub for private use
 A large hot tub jacuzzi spa for exclusive use is located to the
side of the cottage garden close to the front door for
convenience and privacy as it is not overlooked. The hot tub spa
has 26 jacuzzi jets for an all over body massage and is kept at
a comfortable 38 degrees C. Children must be over 5 years old to
use the hot tub.
The hot tub is ideal for joint bookings with other cottages and
a perfect place to relax. There are views out over the fields and up to the night sky.
Sitting Room
The sitting room has a wood burning stove, ideal for creating
a cosy atmosphere in winter with solid oak flooring. It
has satellite TV, a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs. A door
leads out to the hall and kitchen and a another door leads to the dining room.
Dining Room - (possible third bedroom)
The dining room includes an ornate Edwardian fireplace
and a bay window which looks out into the garden. Various
board games are available as well as jigsaw puzzles. The
dining room can be used as a third bedroom with the addition of
a single bed or put-up bed. See Tariffs
Twin bedroom
The twin room has 2 pine single beds, a wardrobe
and a chest of drawers.
A large sash window looks out over the garden and there is an
original iron fireplace.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double iron bedstead and wardrobe with drawers.

Kitchen, Bathroom and Shower room
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster and built in electric oven and hob. Both the
bathroom and shower room have electric towel rails and shaver
points. There is a
washing machine in the shared utility.
Garden, patio with hot tub and driveway
The
private garden is to the front of the cottage next to the drive
and has a lawned area with table and chairs. It is enclosed on
three sides and there is plenty of room for a BBQ on the
patio.
To the side of the cottage there is a patio with the hot tub. It
is ideal place to relax in the evening with views across the
fields or at night in the tub to watch the night sky.
