extensively restored and includes original features such as
the Edwardian feature fireplace and iron fireplaces in
bedrooms. The cottage is attached to Forest Keep allowing both
to interconnect, see
Keep and Cottage.

Sitting Room
The sitting room has a wood burning stove, ideal for creating
a cosy atmosphere in winter. It has satellite TV and 2
comfortable sofas. A door leads out to the hall and kitchen
and an arch leads to the dining room.
Dining Room and Hall
An archway connects the sitting and dining rooms with solid
oak flooring throughout. The dining room includes an ornate Edwardian fireplace
and a bay window which looks out into the garden. Various
board games are available as well as jigsaw puzzles.
Twin bedroom
The twin room has 2 pine single beds, a wardrobe
and a chest of drawers.
A large sash window looks out over the garden and there is an
original iron fireplace.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double iron bedstead and wardrobe with drawers.

Kitchen, Bathroom and Shower room
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster and built in electric oven and hob. Both the
bathroom and shower room have electric towel rails and shaver
points. There is a
washing machine in the shared utility.
Garden and Driveway
The
private garden is to the front of the cottage next to the drive
and has a lawned area with table and chairs. It is enclosed on
three sides and there is plenty of room for a BBQ.
