Forest Byre - 2 bedrooms
Forest Byre was once
the gardener's cottage back in the 1920s when is was converted
from a byre. It has been extensively
restored and includes original features such as the slate
fireplace and sash windows. The 2 bedroom cottage is detached but adjacent to our
stables and the garden is fully enclosed.

Sitting Room
An archway connects the sitting and dining rooms with solid oak flooring
throughout. This room includes an original slate fireplace
with cosy log burning stove for the winter evenings and
satellite TV. A large window which looks out into the
courtyard and there are various board games and jigsaw puzzles
available.
Dining Room and Stairs
The dining room is through a large archway by the stairs and
has a door to the kitchen. From here the front door leads out to
the patio and garden and to the side of the stables.
Twin bedroom
  The twin room has 2 pine single beds, a
single wardrobe
and a chest of drawers.
The sash window looks out over the courtyard and main
house; The Forest
En-suite shower room with electric towel rail and shaver
point
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double iron bedstead, large hanging wardrobe
and two chest of drawers.
Window faces Forest Cottage but there is a partial view over
the rear gardens

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster and built in electric oven and hob. There is
a washing machine in the adjacent outbuilding.
Parking for 2 cars in the courtyard.
Garden and Patio
 The
private garden is to the rear of the cottage
and has a patio and a lawned area with table and chairs. It is
fully enclosed and there is plenty of room for a BBQ.
